mail server mail4.m****here.biz IP address listed with spamcop

Someone is using our mail server to send spam mass mailings.
In addition, my email address is blocked from *.att.net:

###@insightBB.com>:
Connected to 63.240.76.150 but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 550-204.14.107.211 blocked by blacklist.sequoia.ops.asp.att.net 550 Blocked for abuse. Please contact the administrator of your ISP or sending mail service.

What can jodoHost do about this to:

1. Prevent mass mailings?
2. take off our mail server from black lists?

1. This just happened today.

We have a policy in place that limits people to 100 mail per day per mailbox, unless a signed waiver is sent.

2. We work hard to solve the issue and resolve the problems and get off blocklists, but in shared hosting things do happen sometimes.
 
I'm sorry to say, but this didn't just happen today - the att server has been blocking hsphere.biz mail server since this Monday - if you need to see a screen capture, please tell me where to email it. I don't want to post it here since it has my email address.

The spamcop listing happened today, Tanmaya will be checking this soon. As I said we work hard to stop spam and this is no different than any other time.
