mail Server - problem?

Is there a problem with the mail server?
I am on win5 and everytime one of my scripts tries to send an email, it throws an error.

It's fine now - thanks Yash - for about an hour I was having a problem. I use the CDONTS email object for my WWG forum notification. Each time a member was making a post, they were sent to an error page - even though the post had been added to the forum. It seems emails (notifications) sent during that time have been lost.

They have not been lost. They are in queue on Win5
We were beefing up security on Win5 and had removed a permission that CDONTS and only CDONTS required (we were unaware). Corrected that. All is fine now
