Mail4 Down?

We have been getting this on and off for the last 2 days when trying to access our webmail on mail4:

500 - Internal Server Error

It's currently down now. Can someone look into this? Thanks.

Mail4 is quite fine, webmail shouldn't be retunring that but webmail is totally unrelated to mail4 being up or down.
