i hope this is the right forum, mods - feel free to shift this around if you see fit.
a client of mine wants a donation page for users to donate to him by credit card.
he does NOT want to use Paypal or such services, but a direct payment system for this.
i dont have experience in this, except for knowing a couple of the carts available. can someone give me some breif pointers about the steps i would need to take - from setting up a secure page (i seem to recall a free secure page thru a package?), to making the transaction etc....
