Missing folders on FTP.

I have three folders named as follows:

_ALBUM_ARTWORK
_MEDIA_FILES
_MEDIA_PREVIEW_FILES

on win7, domain xml.rebellionmusic.com, I have no problems downloading files from those folders and my web app can access them just fine, and they're also accessible via the File Manager on the CP, but I can't see them via FTP.

I opened a ticket and the response I got was "We have fixed the problem and control panel is up now.", but it's not fixed.
 
check within webshell taht the folders are n't set to hidden (webshell = filemanager)

that may accout for it, only thing i can think of
