both sites were switched from static IPs to dynamic

tried to open tickets in Customer Support - got no reply/no acknowledgement
tried to contact JodoHost via online form - script times out

Sounds like you are hitting old server win13 possibly? win13 crashed and we had to do emergency migration. you may be having old IP there being used.

Dedicated IPs are being moved to SHARED if they do not meet ARIN required justification, namely it needs to have SSL and be used for that. You cannot just use an IP for the sake of an IP, or we will not get more IP space when needed due to bad usage of the IPs.

If you can for reference just PM me the domain, I will do two things for you:
1. Make you have access to customer only section

2. Check if you are indeed on win13, it may be DNS cache on your side, and win13 wasn't a planned outage in this manner, so a bit of disorder in it.
