I have tried to get help from MSN and Microsoft but no success. In my hotmail account only, when I click a link to open a window from inside an email message, the window opens but I have no navigation bars so I cannot scroll through the page. This does not happen on my yahoo or cox email accounts, only hotmail so I don't know if it is an IE setting error or what. I am technically challenged so I apologize if this question is not apppropriate! I am running XP service pack 2 and not using Outlook, just using the web interface. Can anyone help?
