Need To Renew Domain - But Amount Not Transfered To Account

I need to renew a domain URGENTLY(has been suspended).

I made a payment but it has not been transfered to my account.

WHAT TO DO NOW?
 
CCavenue payments are manually credited. Please contact billing on email or chat with your payment transaction id as they dont see any new payment for this.
 
Can't Jodohost have a direct credit system like other registrars?

I mean I can buy a domain and set up a site at Godaddy in 5 minutes.. this is really primitive.
 
Paypal is an option to pay and it normally doesnt needs any manual intervention for domain services. What is primitive here?
 
ok. You will need to use Paypal for this. As mentioned earlier, the mode you are using is manual and there is no relevent payment seen by the Billing dept.
Btw, do you have mailed them the transcation id yet?

already talked to live support and mailed too.

whtever i dont care now.

the damage has already done now. my sites SERPs are ruined entirely.

this is the last time i have used jodohost.com for registering/renewing a domain.

Wow SIX FULL DAYS before expiration. I start looking at them when they hit the 90 day mark. Perhaps you should re-examine your strategy for renewing domains
