network issue

from spain , some websites doesn't load or load very very slow. Sometimes load, sometimes not or load with errors. The same for several domains.

mail8 is not available:

The issue is with the most of our websites. We are receiving tickets from our customers saying that yesterday the issue existed since yesterday. Yesterday we sent several ticket for it:

RS #FIV-47825-750
RS #CMY-36890-905

I think it is a network issue because from aletra.com all websites are ok, but not from our our Internet explorer or firefox, and no ping and no tracert
 
Now it is working fine:

It sounds like you may have had a regional or ISP level routing issue in your country, aletra checks from around the world but I don't believe has a station there in Spain, so it could not detect it there. This is a network issue, but not something we can control, as it is across the ocean from us :)
