Network Packet Loss

As many of you may be noticing, we are currently experiencing substantial packet loss for the last few hours. This seems to be an issue with our main tier-1 provider, Level3 and is mostly out of our control

This problem reoccured today (June 29th) late afternoon with packet loss causing our network to slow down. By 5:30pm, the problem got worse with intermittent outages for some of our customers however by 6pm we were able to permanently resolve this issue by replacing the line between us and Level3. As soon as we did that, network returned back to 100% with 0% packet loss. This issue has now been permanently resolved and we are extremely appologetic for the inconvenience
