It would be nice if customers could get access to a dynamic PDF generating ASP component like ASPPdf or CoolUtils's HTML-to-PDF converter.

I don't think we will be adding any ASP legacy components due to the fact there are now so many asp.net and php components that work on a per domain level.

I always thought COM objects could be accessed by any scripting language able to tap them whether that was ASP, .NET, or PHP.

My post below cited ASP just because that is the language I am most familiar with.

You are correct but what I am saying is users can now opt for many systems that do not require system level installs which are more flexible, and allow it to be used only on their domain.
