No on-line support

One more time there is no on-line support. I have created a urgent tickets to solve the MYSQL issue and I have no answer and I can not conect with your on-line support because is offline
 
Your MySQL issue is fixed.

If Online support is not available, use the phone. The software can be buggy at time
 
I can not use my telephone because I 'm in Spain. Last month used my telephone due to last strong server issue and this month I have a "strong" telephone invoice.

and we will do our best to fix issues of urgent nature on priority.
 
I have similar issues with your on-line support. Even if it says that it is available, I rarely get someone to help me. This is especially frustrating when you are facing a major problem.
 
Johnny, PHPlive has session issues sometimes, it will show us as online but not give us notice of incoming requests, or show us offline when we are on. We have worked on it a number of times, it is stable most of the time, but has issues randomly.
