Not receiving emails on Win19 domains

None of my domains on Win19 are receiving emails - they can send them OK.

The domains show up OK , eg www.XXXX.net etc all fine. So, not a DNS issue?

I've raised a ticket but can't tell if it has been received as my re-seller email address is not receiving.

In my Reseller CP this bit under E.Manager/DNS Manger

Custom DNS records for DNS zone XXXXX.net

shows some of the data as 204.14.105.242 etc, but there is one
gw-mail5.XXXX.net which shows 173.0.142.205

This is all a tad baffling - how do I fix the 204.xx.yy.zz records to show them beginning with 173?

Stephen - any chance of some help on this - nothing getting through to the Helpdesk.

In an earlier post you say "Go to the dns manager, remove that mx record with the delete icon, then hit the 'restore default mx records' icon and it will resolve."

Maybe - but I don't seem to have a 'restore default mx records' icon ????????
 
Default MX will be text not icon, it will only show after deleting the others. windows server/mail have no association, just as a FYI.
