Live chat is unavailable as office network is down, we are working to restore network there in the office.

Seems there was both an ISP failure, and a local gateway failure at the same time, still working to bring it up.

Office net is up on backup links now.

The office net is not stable, but with mail5 issue live chat is the only option right now.

The office is again having major internet issues and chats are disconnecting often. We are NOT hanging up on you.
 
The office network is a bit better today but still have short periods of disconnections that make chat session and management sessions drop.
