The office is still not able to get online. Both the more ISP and the backup ISP are down at the office buildling. We are handling a large amount of live chats, and if you can not get an answer, please submit a ticket.
And a general note on mail servers they all seemed to have an issue today, we found that one of the RBLs we use was down and causing SMTP Timeouts because of it being down. After removing the RBLs things are looking good.
