Just wanted to know where the other admins are like Atul and Sanjeev? Don't see them on the forums very often. See them more on the ticket system.
 
Well, these forums are not really very active so they have nothing really to post to. A majority of our customers haven't even registered here and prefer to use the ticket system. We get a large number of tickets every day and that's what they are more occupied in. Maybe when these forums get more active you'd see them around more often
