Password protected directory

Greetings. My prior web host setup (which was already in place when I arrived) allowed my organization to access a password-protected directory, in which they could store and obtain slightly sensitive information. Can anyone give me a recommendation on how I could go about doing this on my current (Windows Gold) plan?

Hmm, there's a Protect feature under the File Manager (webshell4) which is under the "FTP Manager" option.
It might or might not be enabled though. At some point in the past, there were problems with the required ASAPI filter and it was disabled. But that was ages ago and it might have been fixed :)
Can't get it to work on Win5 personally, the wizard that creates the .htaccess keeps bugging me to select a folder, which I just did ;)
