phpBB: Critical Error

Good Morning,

When I left work last night, our messageboard was working correctly. www.mapca.org/message/index.php

I arrive at work this morning and receive this message:

phpBB : Critical Error
Could not connect to the database


Why am I now all of a sudden not able to connect to my database?

Any Suggestions?
