Getting this error when I try to use phpMyAdmin at http://web.jodoshared.com/phpMyAdmin/index.php

Is that the URL that is opening when you click on phpMyAdmin from the control panel? I believe that URL was changed sometime ago

Yes, that is where I am getting that URL from.
