Please help. Strange hotmail sign in problem :(

Good morning, and sorry to pester with my 1st post.

My mother is having problems signing in with her hotmail.co.uk account, yet myself and my dad are having no problems at all.
When you put the password in, it just times out. It seems to recognise that it is the correct password, and appears with the long address to suggest this, but then fails to bring anything up on the screen.
I tried installing firefox, but this had the same problem, and said timed out. (explorer said page cannot be found).
I went on to msn.com, and managed to sign in and change her password, so it definitely isnt the password.

I am really stuck :(

Any advice greatly appreciated.

IT has been ongoing for 2days now

I have since tried logging on from work, and the same thing happened.
IT appears to want to sign in, I get the long webpage address appear at the top and bottom.. where it usually says curmbox... etc
but then times out .

Does anybody have any idea? Or how I can contact MSN ?
