Problem with ASP.NET

I have the folowing error when I run The application on the host, but when I run the application on the local machine is everything OK.

Please somebody help me.

It means you have an error but your web.config file has a setting which prevents the server from revealing the details of the error to any Joe User who might be using your website. Edit the web.config file located in the root of the directory and change the configuration option to OFF.

ps. The error you're seeing is typical of forgetting to compile the application and placing the new DLL file in the bin\ directory. Try that.
