Question about ASPjpeg

I read a few forum posts where you have mentioned that ASPjpeg is available.

I'm on a STandard Windows account and I'd like to use a asp program that requires this component. Is there anything I need to do to set up access to ASPjpeg, or is that handled automatically.

I just want to make sure I don't need to make a special request to access this, or pay extra for it, before I buy this program.
