Reactivating canceled account

I had my account canceled last week. I didn't realize the linux plan is cheaper than the windows plan which was my reason for canceling. What are the procedures to reactivate my account on a linux plan? Do I go through jodo's website to activate a new account as if I was never a jodo customer?

Please provide us your Account details (User name or Account ID) at billing @jodohost.com ASAP. your account can be activated, only if still exists in our database 8)

Otherwise you may need to signup as new customer.
