Reseller IP change - time frame? problems?

In the thread above, you state you need us to change the IP's to our nameservers and an email will be coming shortly. Can you give us a timeframe when this email will come?

Also, can you detail any problems we might encounter after the change? We need to be able to tell our clients that we are making the change, what the change will fix, and what new problems their sites may encounter while the DNS propagates. I'm sure you'll probably just add that into the email your sending.

We just got our new DNS servers are are setting them up. You'll get new name servers IPs shortly
 
We have stabalized our current DNS servers and everything is working great now.

We are planning the DNS move carefully to avoid any problems. Not rushing into it
