Restore from file

I have a database file that I wanted restored to one of my accounts, but the file is too big to attach to a ticket (1.5MB). Is there any way I can email this file and have it restored?
 
Hello SALvation,

What you can do is just upload the backup file .bak to you webroot folder and just open up a ticket saying that the backup file has been uploaded to <foldername> or <webroot> and we shall do the restore for you.

Also mention the Database name for which you need to be restored.
