Server Down - Helpdesk Down

Our sites on web3.jodoshared.com are all down

At the same time, the helpdesk is down!

I telephone only to be told that I have to send an email to cusmer support.

What is going on?
 
Web3 was not down at that time win6 down.We check your website is working at our end also i reply to you on email.
 
Is there an estimated time for fixing win9? I appreciate these things happen, it's just I was in the middle of working on the site, and had dedicated this morning to it, coupled with needing this site for my income.

Win9 is up for long while now, the helpdesk wasn't down, but some clients in the UK definitely had some issues connecting this morning across the board due to some error far outside of our reach(across the Atlantic), but only the win6/9/10/11 were an issue (which is resolved)
