We have integrated Shared SSL into both our reseller and shared hosting plans. Customers may enable Shared SSL for free on any of their domains. You must assign a dedicated IP to your domain before doing so.
Additionally, turning on Shared SSL will result in your website going offline if your account is on a Windows 2003 server. You must open a ticket with us if this happens and we will correct it as soon as possible. But you must understand that this downtime may occur and JodoHost will not be responsible for it
Shared SSL is typically used to secure confidential information and financial transactions. Shared SSL will slow down your website due to the encrytion and therefore it is not recommended that you use this feature unless required.
