SMTP Problem

It looks like I can pop email off from the new server that I just setup, but when I have Outlook test teh connection to the SMTP server, it fails. I looked up some previous problems that are similar to this in the forum and I have been able to get email on port 25 on my old hosting company, but not on JodoHost yet.

Any ideas?
 
Please open a ticket for support so that they can have a look at it.
