I've got a customer who is receiving massive amounts of the Sober virus at their offices. One guy had 900 virus emails this morning and they are paralyzing his ability to conduct work. What can be done to stop this? Last week I contacted support to ask if all emails containing ZIP attachments could be shut off and was told no. I need to find a solution to this, the problem is continuous and not going away without intervention on this side. Their spam level is set to Very aggressive and anti-virus is turned on. Please tell me what to do.
