Hi,

Looking into your reseller plan..

1. what does it means with "User Accounts" 15 Free 30 Free and so on

2. Can I oversell BW within my allocated BW amount?

3. Is there a way to migrate account or email account from Helm to Hsphere?

HI

1) It means you can give 15 control panels to your customers for free. Every additional control panel costs $0.50/month. You can treat it user account as each customer account

2) Definately. You can even oversell disk space

3) If you can provide us the necessary information available at http://www.psoft.net/HSdocumentation/sysadmin/migrate_users.html , we can do batch account creation for you. We can also assist you with moving data
