It appears you're right, but this isn't a huge problem. It would only affect emails that contain URLs with that domain name in it, not mails originating from that mailserver.

It should still be looked into though, as it can potentially block a lot of automated H-Sphere emails.
 
You're right on the money, SubSpace. I first became aware of it when a sign-up mail generated from h-sphere bounced.
 
Got it corrected at the source list[jp]. Should be fine at "multi.surbl.org" soon.
