Spam Filter Help?

You can set the filters to Agressive from Hsphere, but we are working on a dspam solution as well that will protect more.

If it is set to Aggressive, do I risk losing any mail (will there be many false positives)?

Do most people set the filter to "mark" or to "remove" spam?

What is the "MaxScore level" for and what should it be set to?

PS - What's a dspam solution?
 
There is always a chance of a false positive(though lesser to none for more permissive settings) and you may use whitelist for your known emails or domain to avoid this possibility et all.
With dspam we expect it all to be way better.
