Spammer sending mail from *****@mail.m****here.biz

Guppy
I have just received the following email to one of my email addresses hosted on jodohost.com which is of concern. Mail relay is turned OFF in the cp. It appears on the surface that this spammer is somehow using [email protected]****here.biz to send their rubbish.

Here are the headers. Please note that mydomainname.com replaces the actual domain name involved.

On the surface, mail relay turned OFF does not appear to be preventing spamers from using this hosting to send their spam. That makes feel very concerned and vulnerable.

Comments/help/reasurance please

Kindly see that anti-spam is enabled for your domain/mailbox in
your control panel. Following link may help you in this:
http://psoft.net/HSdocumentation/user_nomenu/antispam.html

Mail relay is an option to ensure incoming mail is kept on the
mail relay server, if the primary mail server goes down.
Also, the mail headers mentioned do not say that our mailsever
was used to send this mail.

Just wanted to point out that is not this server, thanks.
