Support problem?

I submitted a ticket over 7 hours ago and have not received a reply. Is there a problem with the ticket system? Or have I gotten spoiled? Usually I receive some type of reply within an hour, two at most. Ticket #24001.

I believe this ticket has been answered. If not, update it asking for an update. Tickets can be missed at times

No answer yet. I have an email confirmation that my ticket was received, but nothing from support. I'll resubmit a new ticket.
