Our server dedicated to ticket desk is down, and we are working on it, it did not come up after a reboot.

We are probably looking at an hour or two's time right now to bring it back as we have to get hands on with it to get it repaired.

WinVPS clients can mail us on support At jodovps.com and we will process your requests as normal.

The shared/reseller desk side is being a bit picky as only one area of the cerberus system is down and it is making bounces at the moment we are working on a workaround at the same time as bringing the server up. You can use the live chat, or use the vps support mail for temporary if required.

We've lost the power supply in the server that is controlling this, working to get it replaced now.

got the power on but getting no video at all on the system to the KVM, we are working to find out what the problem is, and working to bring up systems on an alternative arrangement.

We are setting up a temporary helpdesk for all ticket based operations.

The tickets are all going to http://helpdesk.jodovps.com for now, you WILL be sent a new user/password upon new email, or new ticket creation. This is a temporary solution so that we may have a proper facility to answer all tickets.

After answering a few tickets we realized a few of you got some funky links at the bottom as signatures, we have removed these now.
These were some default from the new install that I missed initially.

We are probably looking at about 2 hours before we will attempt to bring cerberus back online, this restore is a huge number of queries, multiple GB in fact. The way we have taken the complete DB dump doesn't import exactly like MSSQL and others, it has to run the queries to restore.
 
Looks I was a bit optimistic on restore time of the SQL database, probably another 2 hours before we can even have the Db restored, then we can only then start working on some config changes required.

Years of tickets, records, comments, and data is quite expansive.
 
hit soem bumps along the road here, some tickets9in the sql file) giving some query errors and working on bypassing them to get things moving again!
 
I think we are paste the errors that killed the first input, but now having to start the input over again, so back to the start here.

good news now is that there are very few tickets remaining in the temporary desk, and we can keep focus on new tickets AND this equally at the same time now.
 
We are still getting some errors when it comes to importing the DB at the point of the attachments that people put with tickets, we are continuing to work on it and will update as possible, but for now we are continuing to use the temporary helpdesk.

We have moved the email parsing back to the temp desk, as the mail parser is giving errors we are investigating.
