Any ETA on this? It's been at least 11 hours now..
My VPS account has been down for 8 hours and for some reason that problem isn't fixed yet either, even though it normally takes support less than 15 minutes to fix it when I bug them on live support?

The helpdesk system is down and we are trying to get Cerberus support to fix it but they havent responded yet. I have no ETA

Your VPS has already been fixed a while back.
 
That is because psoft has no info on migrating the VPS IPs, and it is presenting a big challenge, I don't think they ever planned for such on VPS.
 
Hmm? The IP was already migrated.
It was just the account being broken in the same way as happened 30+ times before :rolleyes:
 
Ah, sorry, there is a backlog of non migrated, and psoft is working on them, one at a time. We are quite off topic now...
