Totally Shocked on SUPPORT RESPONSE

the above is the ticket I submitted 5 hrs back.(reg. ms-sql and backup of a db)

Since I didnt recv any reply, I updated by reminding the support and the reply i got was shocking

Hello,

We've had extremely high ticket load and not able to get tickets resolved as quickly.

Check the status forum and see the upgrade, we are getting nearer to done but still some issues in it.
Praveen does not normally reply VPS desk and looks he was assisting there to help and got confused in this reply.

But please make sure the TECHs put an extra eye on replying tickets.
