We know what this issue is, it is a bug/limit in Apache that gets hit, and makes this, it is the same one that can cause PHP issues sometimes.
We know the fix for it as well, and working on getting a rollout for that, but it is taking time, we've offered you a temp solution until we can get the rollout done. It is not a firewall, or anything with that at all, it is all in apache and php.
