Unable to login into File Manager

I can log into the control panel, but when I click on the File Manager link, it just takes me to the login page and prompts "invalid login name or password". Please help.
 
Have you open a support ticket regarding this issue ? If not then we suggest to you please open a support ticket with mention all the details.
