It is not mendatory for customers to subscribe to forum also, so you may not get many responses for Managed servers.

Currently we are providing managed server support to substantial size companies. They are not participating at this forums.

In some cases, we are providing support to hosting companies also. For business reasons, we can not discuss their names at this forums or privately.
