web14 seems to be having some major abuse, we are working to bring it in control.

This it very bad, even restarting apache, within moments it is SLAMMED. We are working with it offline right now, will update ASAP.

this looks like a DDoS attack, and it is actually impacting both web14 and web15 sometimes, and it is pretty severe.

We get it up, it goes down under supreme load, over and over, we are working to isolate the exact issue still and block it off.

We will be working on it now with apache off for a bit, don't have ETA on it, as notihng is going as it should to this point.

Breaking out into a new topic as we've decided to run a fsck on the file system.
