Hello

web16 is not working when I try to create subdomain or when I try to add a new domain.

I have already sent a ticket 4 hours ago but it is not solved yet, client is waiting .......

Can you help ?

Hello,

We've seen this issue a few times but it wasn't related to web16, instead to the nameservers I believe, it should be working now. there was a bit of a ticket backlog due to MySQL8 problems last night making some slower replies.
