Web4 is not accessible at the moment. We are working on it and will post an update soon.
 
This is getting delayed due to some Datacenter's security restrictions. We are waiting on one of the Datacenter techs to reach there.
 
Well, there is a ridiculous problem getting security clearance into the NAP of Americas at this time of night. Stephen is waiting in the lobby trying to get in. Another tech is on his way from Miami beach to sort this out.

We appologise for the delay.
 
I have been here for about 10 minutes now, we have everything being worked on, there seems to be a kernel panic and we are working to resolve it now.

We are taking up the lack of access issue in a major way, but priority now is to the unix6 server.

Amazing how quickly we can get thingsfixed when security will give you access!
 
Kernel panic resolved, we are now testing to see what/why this happened, and I am standing by if needed here.
 
We had a drive fail DURING the backup process that made the kernel panic, we replaced the drive and the RAID is now actively rebuilding, the server is up and running during the process but it may be slightly slower as the rebuild continues.
 
RAID rebuild done, server loads were actually very impressive during the whole task:

Just noticed the time on this server is set to the wrong timezone as well :D That is being resolved too.
 
Thanks for all the excellent updates guys, and for all your efforts. Hope the access issue gets sorted out for you! They forget that their night time is many people's day time. :)
