web7 slow response

web7 is under DDOS attack and responding slow to web requests.
We are looking into it and will post an update soon.

We have done some changes but it will take time for them to take effect.
Web service isn't doing well yet.

With our changes taking effect the sites have started to respond, but not yet to full speed.

Server has been responding fine for past 30+ minutes.
The situation appears handled for now.
