Hello,
I make a backup copy of my files from time to time using Archive feature in WebShell. The prepared archive file is not very big - about 6MB. Often I cannot download the prepared archive, because the connection gets lost before downloading the whole file. It looks like the file is prepared for a very short amount of time and when I don't manage to download it in, let's say, about 2 minutes or so, it gets deleted.
And is it possible to save an archive file on my account, so I can download it any time I want?
