There is a notice in announcements from the 10th regarding moving the dns servers to new isolated servers but I haven't seen an update or an announcement saying this has been completed or if that fixed the problems.
I've received new IPs for my nameservers, but I have a reseller account, so that might be different.
There's definitely some progress on the matter though.
