Win2 - Fully Restored

The operating system on Win2 faced major corruption due to a hard-drive controller error which brought down the entire server. We as a company run only top of the line servers and equipment but customers must understand that the possibility of having hard-drive failure or corruption with any host is always there. We however as your host take full responsibility and appologize for this incident

Win2 has now been fully restored from backup. The restoration procedure has taken much longer than our expectations due to the large number of accounts and data stored on Win2 (30GB+). We have however restored all files and sites are once again being served off win2. However, no restoration process is perfect and there are a few things customers must note:

1) If you requested a custom Cold Fusion MX DSN to be created, please immediately send in the details of that DSN again, they have to be recreated and will be done immediately by our team
2) If you are experiencing problems with ASP.NET or SSL, reinstal these services from the control panel by turning them off then on. If you requested to be given additional ASP.NET permissions, please request them again
3) If you requested custom application directories or ftp accounts to be created, you must ask from them again
