Win39 Shared IP is null routed - unreachable, network update

The Win39 shared IP is unreachable and null routed due to a nearly week long sustained DDOS attack that became so large it impacted the entire network.

We have a couple options available for people that are on the shared IP, but you will need to make DNS changes at your registrar for them to work. Techs are being updated on the process, and we do hope to bring the null route off at some point over the weekend but cannot promise or commit to when it can be done, because it may have to be null routed again if it returns, whereas the solution we can help you implement is one that can adapt faster should anything arise after we restore the network IP original back in place.
We regret to have to take this step, we did all possible within the time constraints to prevent having to null route a shared IP, but it was no longer an option to keep it live with the increasing nature of the attacks.

Looks like it will have to be tomorrow at earliest now to lift the null route, still some traffic is hitting that is well beyond normal. These attackers are very persistent and not backing off the attacks even when the target is down.

So far looking good. No packets lost since enabling the network.

We are still keeping a very close watch on this matter, we thank you for your patience and again we apologize about having to take these drastic measures to stop a large scale attack.
