Just so you know Yash - the response to my ticket was that they checked all my domains and reported they were fine. Which was correct. And they responded within 2 minutes which was excellent. And they were thorough in that they actually took the time to type out all my domain names... can't fault that...

However, they did not know that you had restarted (at least they did not not mention they knew), and that that was the cause. If I had gotton YOUR response, I can tell you that my confidence in ticket staff and the communication between all you support staff would have soared 100%. Maybe they knew I had already been told on the forum..
