I am so unhappy with jodohost right now.
the hard drive swap for win5 was supposed to be quick and easy.
but its turning into a nightmare.
i have two sites with jodohost.
one of the sites I've recently registered and had up and running with a dnn 2.0 setup (www.woolstonfamily.com)
my main site (bishopsoftware.com) is up and running fine.
however the new site has crashed as a result of the upgrade.
it was working great last nite. I made no changes to the site or the configuration of the site prior to the swap.
now the site has crashed. I've had a few tickets out there but the techs are saying the same thing:
your site is up and working. the error you receive is because your web.config file is wrong. please fix your config file.
well i havent changed the config file since the site was working and the web.config file is configured correctly.
theres issues with changeover and my site and nobody seems to know why.
should i just switch hosts because I feel like i'm having to argue with jodohost over the fact that the site worked, they've changed something, and now it doesnt work. and now its my fault?
